One thing I've noticed is that there are plenty of common myths regarding the banks intentions if talking about property foreclosures. One fantasy in particular would be the fact the bank wishes to have your house. Your banker wants your hard earned cash, not your property. They want the amount of money they loaned you with interest. Staying away from the bank is only going to draw some sort of foreclosed realization. Thanks for your write-up.
