  When I originally commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify
  me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a
  comment is added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment.
  There has to be an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?

  First off I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that
  I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
  
  I've had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
  I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first
  10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or
